From First Meeting to Installation in 8 Guided Steps

Phase 1 | PROJECT INITIATION
1. Consultation With Shana
Starts with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to assess your needs. Then, if we are a right fit for you, we schedule a 2-hour on-site consultation where Shana will review the space, determine work scope, take measurements and discuss ideas. A ball-park estimate will be emailed after the meeting.
Phase 2 | Design
2. Designing
This is the stage where Shana transforms the initially discussed concept into a preliminary 3D design and incorporates finishes that align with your personal style (approximately 2 weeks).
3. Design Review
Shana will meet you at your home to present the 3D design concept and discuss the preliminary pricing. This stage may occur a couple times until the design is finalized. Retail showroom visits with Shana to confirm finishes may be necessary.
4. Trade Day
Once the general layout is confirmed, Shana and the professional installer(s) will meet on-site to review the scope of work. The installer verifies the design and subsequently provides you with a labour and materials quote.
Phase 3 | PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
5. Final Design and Invoice
Timelines are discussed. Final design and product invoice are approved. (Installer(s) will invoice you separately).
6. Ordering and Delivery
All product is ordered. Delivery details, locations and updates are communicated.
7. Installation
Installers begin renovation as Shana facilitates to ensure the design progresses as planned. Troubleshooting is done as needed and any deficiencies are addressed.
8. Completion
Reveal day when you can enjoy your stunning new space!
